RiNo Kayak Lodge
A residential building where the creek meets the street

The goal of this design was to develop a pragmatic design solution for a 6 unit apartment complex along Cherry Creek in the Rhino District. The site is 40' wide and 50' deep along a slope and each unit was restricted to 400 square feet. The concept of this design was to ensure that people could flow through the spaces with ease like water through the creek.
